Who We Are
There is nothing that brings us joy and excitement like meeting folks in real life and getting to chat about our candle creations. We've even been lucky enough to befriend some amazing people along the way. However, some of us haven't had the privilege to meet yet. To learn more about who's behind Peaches & Park, read below. Kathryn, Founder & CEO
What brings me great joy is when I get to go into my scent lab and play with fragrance all day, creating scents that people will love. I craft each scent, meaning, the scents are not just purchased and placed into wax. I smell each one, determine which scents go together, and then blend accordingly. After many testers have been created and shared with my mom, Aunts, and cousins, I finalize each scent. I then hand blend every scent, mixing my fragrances into the wax, and hand pour each candle. It is done with tremendous love not only from me, but from my parents and fiancé (handsome fella on the left) who help place wicks and label each of the candles.
Before starting Peaches & Park, I worked in the behavioral health field for over fifteen years. As a social worker, I love people and love making that human connection. P&P has allowed me to connect with folks in ways I never imagined. I am thrilled to be on this journey with Sean and cannot wait to see where Peaches & Park takes us. A big thank you to my family and friends who have had to smell countless candles over the years.

As an actor, Sean understands what it takes to build a business. That is why when I dreamt up Peaches & Park, Sean was the person I knew I wanted to partner with to make this dream a reality. He has been by my side every step of the way, encouraging me to keep mixing, pouring, and dreaming.
As Chief Fun Officer, he brings a levity to the stressors of running a small business. He is my partner in crime at each and every event, making sure that as many people as possible stop by and smell our candles with the simple yet effective, "Free smells!" Behind the scenes, Sean engraves our vessels, oversees shipping, and ventures into local businesses to see if they would be interested in carrying our small batch, artisanal candles.
